12. Link Guarantee

Where a particular order includes a link-placement guarantee, the applicable guarantee period and remedies will be stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or order-specific terms.

If a qualifying link becomes unavailable during the applicable guarantee period, BuySaaSLinks may attempt to:

• Restore the original link;
• Provide a comparable replacement placement;
• Provide another remedy in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The availability of a replacement may depend on publisher availability.

13. Refunds and Cancellations
