These terms describe how the marketplace works, what we commit to, and what we ask of you. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us before you order rather than after.
1. Who these terms cover
Buy SaaS Links is operated by [registered company name]. These terms apply to everyone who browses the marketplace, holds an account, or orders a placement from us. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Your account
You need an account to browse the catalogue and place orders. Keep your login details to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Give us an email address you actually monitor, since order updates and sign-in links are sent there. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms.
3. Ordering a placement
An order is a request, not an instant purchase. We confirm availability with the publication before anything is pitched, and you approve the site, the proposed title and the draft copy first. If a listing turns out to be unavailable or unsuitable after you order, we will offer a comparable alternative or cancel the order. Turnaround times shown on the service pages are typical, not guaranteed: publications keep their own editorial schedules.
4. Your content and target pages
You are responsible for the target URL, the anchor text and any copy you supply, including that you own or are licensed to use it and that it is accurate and lawful. We may decline or ask you to change anything that would expose a publisher to a legal claim. Where we write the article, you get to review it, and once it is published it is the publisher’s page and subject to their editorial control.
5. What we will not place
We do not place links for content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or that promotes hate or harassment. We do not use private blog networks, automated submissions or link exchanges, and we will not stack multiple placements on the same domain to inflate a number. We may refuse any order that would compromise a publisher relationship, and we will tell you why.
6. Fees and payment
The price of each placement is shown on its listing, and any service fee is added and shown on the order summary before you confirm. Prices can change, but never for an order you have already confirmed. Refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. What we guarantee, and what we cannot
We guarantee that placements are dofollow and permanent, that host sites meet the standards published on our service pages, and that a placement removed within the guarantee window is replaced on a site of equal or better authority at no cost. We cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue: those depend on your own site, your competitors and search engine behaviour, none of which is within our control. Nobody in this industry can honestly promise otherwise.
8. Liability, changes and governing law
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost rankings. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the service means you accept them.
