This page sets out exactly what we collect, why, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do about it. It describes what the service actually does rather than every possibility the law allows.
Account details you give us: your name, email address and password (stored only as a hash, never in readable form). Order details: the target URL, anchor text, any instructions you write, and the order history on your account. Anything you send us through the contact form or by email. Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and user agent, which our hosting and security layers log.
To create and secure your account, to place and fulfil the orders you make, to send the transactional email the service depends on — confirmation links, sign-in links and order updates — and to answer you when you get in touch. We use aggregate, non-identifying usage data to work out which parts of the marketplace need improving.
Account and order records are kept while your account is open, and for a period afterwards where we are required to retain them — for example for tax and accounting purposes. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for handling your query. Close your account and we will delete or anonymise what we are not obliged to keep.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can object to certain processing and ask us to send your data elsewhere. Email [privacy@yourdomain] and we will respond within the period the law where you live allows. Depending on your location you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Access to customer data in the database is constrained by row-level security so an account can only ever read its own records. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
[registered company name] is responsible for the personal data described here. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. For anything privacy-related, write to [privacy@yourdomain] or use the contact page.
Have questions about your data? Contact us through the support form and we will respond quickly.
