Refund Policy

At BuySaaSLinks, we aim to provide high-quality link placements on relevant websites and make the link-building process simple and transparent.

Because our placements involve third-party publishers, certain refund conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

We want new customers to feel confident trying BuySaaSLinks.

If your first link placement does not meet the requirements agreed at the time of purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the published URL.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, attempt to correct the placement or provide a suitable replacement.

If we are unable to provide a suitable resolution, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Once a link has been successfully published and the live URL has been delivered to the customer, the placement is considered delivered and non-refundable.

This includes situations where the customer:

• Changes their mind after publication
• No longer requires the link
• Changes their SEO strategy
• Changes their target URL or anchor text after publication
• Does not see the expected SEO results

However, all live placements remain covered by our One-Year Link Guarantee described below.

Every link placement purchased through BuySaaSLinks comes with a one-year guarantee, beginning on the date the link goes live.

If the link becomes unavailable, is removed, or the published page becomes inaccessible during this one-year period, we will:

1. 1Attempt to restore the original link, or
2. 2Replace it with a similar-quality and relevant link at no additional cost.

If neither restoration nor a suitable replacement is reasonably possible, we will issue a refund of 95% of the amount paid for that link.

The remaining 5% covers transaction, payment processing, administrative, and service-related costs already incurred in connection with the order.

When a replacement is required, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a website that is comparable in:

• Relevance
• Website quality
• Authority
• Organic traffic
• Geographic audience
• Niche
• Link placement requirements

A replacement does not necessarily need to have identical third-party SEO metrics because metrics such as DR, organic traffic, and authority can change over time.

A full refund may be available when:

• We are unable to secure a suitable placement before the order is started.
• We cannot deliver the placement according to the requirements agreed at the time of purchase.
• We are unable to fulfill an order and have not yet provided the service.
• A placement cannot be delivered because no suitable publisher is available.

Once the placement has gone live, the One-Year Link Guarantee applies instead.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• A correctly delivered live placement.
• Failure to achieve specific Google rankings.
• Failure to increase organic traffic.
• Failure to generate leads, sales, or conversions.
• Changes in the customer's SEO strategy.
• Changes in the customer's target URL or website after publication.
• Changes in third-party metrics such as DR or organic traffic after purchase.
• A customer-requested removal of the link.
• Content supplied by the customer that is rejected by a publisher for editorial, legal, or quality reasons after approval.
• Delays caused by the customer's failure to provide required information or content.

BuySaaSLinks does not guarantee SEO rankings, organic traffic, leads, sales, or any other business result.

Our guarantee covers the link placement and its availability, not SEO performance.

If the delivered placement does not match the agreed order—for example:

• Incorrect target URL
• Incorrect anchor text
• Nofollow link when a dofollow link was purchased
• Placement on the wrong website
• Another material deviation from the agreed requirements

please contact us within 7 days of receiving the published URL.

We will first attempt to correct the issue with the publisher.

If the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

The one-year guarantee does not cover circumstances caused by the customer.

For example, the guarantee may not apply if:

• The customer removes or changes the target page.
• The customer's website becomes unavailable.
• The customer's domain expires.
• Changes made by the customer prevent the link from functioning.
• The customer requests removal of the placement.

Changes to Google rankings or third-party SEO metrics alone do not constitute link removal and do not qualify for a refund.

• Order number
• Account email
• Published URL
• Target URL
• Anchor text
• Description of the issue
• Screenshots or other relevant information, if applicable

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and review the request as quickly as reasonably possible.

Once a refund has been approved, it will generally be processed through the same payment method or original payment source used for the transaction, where applicable.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of approval.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

Any currency conversion differences or delays caused by the customer's bank or payment provider are outside BuySaaSLinks' control.

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

We will review legitimate concerns and work with customers in good faith to reach an appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to provide relevant order, communication, delivery, and placement records to payment providers in response to disputed transactions.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated policy has been published and will not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.
